یک دادگاه نظامی عبدالهادی خواجه را به حبس ابد محکوم کرده است. او در ماه ژوئن سال گذشته به توطئه علیه حکومت بحرین متهم شد.

گفته شد که او هدایت اعتراضات ضددولتی بحرین در سال گذشته را به عهده داشته است.

آقای خواجه از ماه ژانویه گذشته به مدت سه ماه، در اعتراض به محکومیت خود، در اعتصاب غذا بوده و وضعیت او وخیم گزارش شده است.

آقای خواجه به هدایت اعتراضات ضددولتی بحرین در سال گذشته متهم شده است

بر اساس حکم دادگاه تجدیدنظر، به پرونده ۲۰ نفر دیگر از فعالان مخالف دولت نیز دوباره رسیدگی خواهد شد.

هفت نفر از این افراد به طور غیابی محاکمه شده‌اند.

خبرگزاری رسمی بحرین (بنا) به نقل از یک مقام رسمی این کشور، خبر موافقت دادگاه تجدیدنظر با محاکمه دوباره ۲۱ نفر از مخالفان دولت بحرین را اعلام کرده است.

فرانک گاردنر، خبرنگار بی‌بی‌سی که به بحرین رفته است، می‌گوید که با اعلام حکم دادگاه تجدیدنظر، جمعیتی از مخالفان دولت که در مقابل ساختمان دادگاه جمع شده بودند، فریاد شادی سر دادند.

خانم خواجه موسوی خواهان آزادی فوری همسرش و دیگر مخالفان دولت از زندان شد.

او در واکنش به ادعاهایی که درباره حمایت ایران از مخالفان دولت بحرین مطرح شده است، گفت: "ما چیزی از ایران نمی‌خواهیم و ایران نیز ربطی با ما ندارد."

آقای خواجه تابعیت دوگانه دارد و به جز بحرین، شهروند دانمارک نیز هست.

به دنبال صدور حکم دادگاه تجدیدنظر، سفیر دانمارک در بحرین از تصمیم دادگاه برای نگه داشتن آقای خواجه در بازداشت انتقاد کرد و بار دیگر خواست که او به دلایل بشردوستانه و برای مداوا به دانمارک منتقل شود.

گفته شده است که عبدالهادی خواجه به دنبال سه ماه اعتصاب غذا ۲۵ درصد از وزن خود را از دست داده و به دلیل وضعیت وخیمی که داشت به بیمارستان منتقل شده است.

همسرش به بی‌بی‌سی گفت که روز یکشنبه با او ملاقات داشته است.

او اضافه کرد: "او به شدت ضعیف شده است، اما امروز تصمیم خواهد گرفت که چه کار بکند."
