به گزارش خبرنگار ایرنا، حجت الاسلام 'علی احمدی میانجی' كه به كرمانشاه سفر كرده است، افزود: شوراهای حل اختلاف سراسر كشور در سال 89 موفق به رسیدگی به بیش از چهار میلیون و 200 هزار پرونده شده است.

وی ادامه داد: از تعداد پرونده های مورد رسیدگی در سال 89، حدود 180 هزار مورد اعتراض واصل شده كه به دادگاههای تجدیدنظر ارجاع داده شده اند و غیر از 25 هزار مورد كه حكم اولیه نقض شده است، در سایر موارد، رای شعبه حل اختلاف از سوی مرجع تجدید نظر به تایید نهایی رسیده است.

وی همچنین از آزادی هفت هزار نفر از زندانیان سراسر كشور كه به دلایلی چون مسایل مالی گرفتار شده بودند، در سال 89 از سوی شوراهای حل اختلاف در سراسر كشور خبر داد.

احمدی میانجی همچنین به برخی اظهار نظرها كه نیروهای شاغل در شوراهای حل اختلاف را دارای میانگین پایینی از نظر سواد عنوان می كنند، واكنش نشان داد و گفت: هم اكنون 40 هزار نفر در شوراهای حل اختلاف سراسر كشور فعالیت دارند كه از این تعداد، بیش از 25 هزار نفر را افراد با مدرك دانشگاهی كارشناسی و بالاتر تشكیل می دهند و چنین اظهاراتی صحت ندارد.

وی همچنین شمار پرونده هایی كه از سوی شوراهای حل اختلاف كشور در سال 90، مورد رسیدگی قرار گرفته اند را سه میلیون و 800 هزار فقره عنوان كرد و گفت: این امر با توجه به خروج پرونده های مربوط به پلیس راهور نسبت به سال 89 از كاهشی محسوس برخوردار است.

رییس شوراهای حل اختلاف كشور در ادامه، ضعف اطلاع رسانی و آگاهی دادن به مردم و مسوولین در خصوص فعالیت و كاركردهای شوراهای حل اختلاف سراسر كشور را مورد تایید قرار داد و گفت: متاسفانه هم مردم و هم مسوولین اطلاع چندانی از حوزه كاری شوراها در كشور ندارند كه باید با همكاری اهالی رسانه، این نقیصه جبران شود.

وی استانهای تهران و اصفهان را دارای بیشترین پرونده در شوراهای حل اختلاف كشور عنوان كرد و گفت: استان كرمانشاه در سالهای اخیر از نظر مسایل آموزشی و حقوقی در وضعیت مناسبی قرار گرفته و عملكرد شوراهای حل اختلاف این استان هم نسبت به سراسر كشور در وضعیت قابل قبولی قرار دارد.

احمدی میانجی در ادامه از رضایتمندی 72 درصد مردم از عملكرد شوراهای حل اختلاف بر اساس نظر سنجی بعمل آمده از سوی سازمان بازرسی كل كشور در سال 89 خبر داد و افزود: در همین نظرسنجی 74 درصد از مردم، وجود شوراهای حل اختلاف را ضروری عنوان كرده اند.

وی همچنین استانهای كرمانشاه، كردستان، سیستان و بلوچستان و خوزستان را از جمله استانهای پیشرو كشور در زمینه صلح و سازش در خصوص قتلهای عمدی (خون صلح) عنوان كرد.

احمدی میانجی گفت: 40 درصد از پرونده ها را شوراها و 60 درصد دیگر را محاكم دادگستری مورد رسیدگی قرار می دهند و پرونده های با بار مالی كمتر از 20 میلیون ریال در روستاها و كمتر از 50 میلیون ریال در شهرها نیز به شوراهای حل اختلاف ارجاع داده می شود.
